    Job Description - Service Manager - Korea 

     

    A highly motivated individual responsible to lead and grow our service business and improve customer experience for our Endoscopy Solution business in Korea region.

    Job Responsibilities

    Your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    ·        Lead the service team to achieve total revenue, manage cost of service and service sales goals.

    ·        Undertaking Forecasting of Services business operations to facilitate and establish Annual Operating Plan and performance metrics.

    ·        Leading service administration and systems by providing direction to the service teams regarding Service Level Agreements, report generation and evaluating the performance.

    ·        Effectively coach team members and engage support functions to provide first line service and escalation through resolution in alignment with customer contractual obligations.

    ·        Managing & leading service projects across the region and support the new initiatives from the regional teams.

    ·        Driving implementation of Customer Reporting Management Systems through a consummate understanding of key performance metrics.

    ·        Maintains a detailed understanding of customer decision makers and influencers. Builds and preserves customer relationships to increase loyalty.

    ·        Provide staff with experiences/assignments to enhance their strengths and improve their developmental needs.

    ·        Complete all the talent acquisition, performance management and development plan processes in a timely manner.

    ·        Building standard processes & SOP’s to track teams’ performance.

    ·        Managing repair center activities, conduct regular assessment of repair timelines and identify process gaps.

    Qualifications and Skills

    ·        Minimum 7 years of experience in service delivery/engineering and 3+ years of experience in leading a technical service team.

    ·        Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.

    ·        Sound technical knowledge of medical devices and experience in managing a diverse and highly skilled workforce in providing service to customers.

    ·        Proven experience in dealing with customers and suppliers at senior levels in addressing customer and suppliers’ problems which may be of a business-critical nature.

    ·        Demonstrated ability to lead and implement organizational change and provide clear direction to subordinate staff within the Korea region.

    ·        Proven experience in managing direct and indirect service organizations.

    ·        Demonstrated high-level business and project planning skill.

    ·        Language proficiency in English

    ·        Should be able to travel extensively to meet customer needs.
