1.    Comprehensive responsibility of sales P&L: 외국계 의료기기 영업 총괄

2.    Full sales leadership over direct sales & dealership:

A.      KAM sales: 대학병원, 대형병원, 종합병원 영업

B.      Dealership: 대리점 영업

C.      장기 파트너와의 원활한 관계 유지 및 신규고객 구축

3.    Assessing and monitoring channel performance to hit the target

4.    Long-/Short-term sales strategy set-up, execution, monitoring, & communication

5.    Forecasting & budgeting in accompanied with time phasing by monthly, quarterly, & yearly

6.    KPI management on major performance indicators by individual & team, sector, locations, etc.

7.    Retain and recruit high potential talents

8.    Cross functional collaboration internally & externally

9.    Direct to MD and APAC regional directors

1.    +15년 의료기기 경력: 의료기기 시장에 대한 comprehensive & solid한 이해

2.    In-depth knowledge on sales, marketing, business development

3.    Advanced communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills

4.    English proficiency

5.    전략수립 & 실행의 성공적경험

6.    KPI 관리 경력 & 수치데이터 분석 능력
