    JOB TITLE: Brand Manager

     

    Build desire for MH Spirit brands in Korea

    Develop and implement all elements of the marketing mix in order to recruit consumers, drive brand awareness, desire and value, build POS activation strategy to drive budgeted and targeted results in consumers and commercial plans, respecting and enhancing the brand images and reputations both internally and externally. Manage and oversee the brand strategies for Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, Hennessy and Belvedere with the Marketing Director and drive growth in sales and market share in line with budget and PMT targets.

     

    Brand Planning

    ·        Under the guidance of the Marketing Director develop annual marketing plans with clear objectives and sound strategies for specific brands and trade channels

    ·        Achieve agreed level of brand contribution through creative and optimized use of pricing, trade offers and A&P spends 

    ·        Work in integration with the commercial team for accurate sales forecast and maintain inventory level at company target level

    ·        Monitor and report various aspects of brand performance through field visits, research, trade responses on a regular basis

    ·        Budget/LE submissions together with finance team. Ensure timely and accurate submission of necessary data

    ·        Monitor in-house stock levels on monthly basis in order to ensure correct levels and be aware of irregular movements.

    ·        Timely submission of marketing reports to Marketing Director for approval

     

     Consumer recruitment, retention and engagement

    ·        Manage and work with all external agencies to ensure clear understanding of brands’ objectives and agencies. Work with them closely to develop and implement activities to the highest level of professional excellence.

    ·        Monitoring, control and evaluation of all advertising and promotion spend. Ensure deployment is done effectively and efficiently

    ·        Involvement in key accounts contract negotiation and its preparation

     

    Business Development

    ·        Identify business opportunities for exploitation for proposal to the Marketing Director

    ·        Rationalization of product mix to improve brand contribution
