4.     MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB :

·         Develop and execute annual budget and marketing plan

·         Develop new products and new category

·         Develop product pricing and distribution plan

·         Manage marketing expense within agreed budget

 

·         Develop advertisement plan and cooperate with advertising execution with Marketing communication team.

·         Cooperate with Marketing communication team for product related PR and web activities

 

·         Cooperate with Logistics and Sales Team

·         Manage product related BTL activities : material development (pop etc), catalogues, leaflets so on

·         Develop product USP

·         Develop product training material and provide trainings to internal groups

·         Manage rolling sales forecast

·         Manage and conduct market researches

6.     MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED :

- University degree. +7years of experience in product marketing

(experience in an international consumer goods firm preferred)

- Excellent English (both in writing and speaking)

- Strong project management experience and multi-task skill

- Strategic thinking and planning skill

- Knowledge of regional products, business and culture

- Analytical skills with a holistic view of business

- Innovation skill to design and implement new processes

- Strong communication skill
