Reporting to : Consumer experience 팀의 Senior manager (eCom 소속)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive conversion excellence of e-Store and sales channel sites through providing consumer centric interface and experience to achieve incremental revenue for our eCommerce business & the improved performance on our branded experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the User Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) strategy and plan through global UI/UX guideline, and set up the local roadmap based on site analysis for optimized consumer experience
• Apply the UI/UX standards to identify improvement areas, test and validate new standards through site analysis and A/B test
• Collaborate closely with business partners to implement UI/UX changes and monitor profitability of these changes
• Prepare all UI/UX design and delivery documentation in full and on time for developers to work from (this could include preparation of user journeys, concept maps, site maps, process flows, wireframes and prototypes)
• Lead and manage all aspects of the test planning process to identify tests to be performed, prioritizing these in alignment with business needs, IT releases and test development
• Update and maintain documentation of that all new standards and ensure that these are communicated to eCommerce MKT, sales activation, eCommerce Operation and design vendor
• Monitor and track ‘eCommerce logger solution’ and purpose improvement areas, solutions and implementation plan to the relevant stakeholders
• Analyze user insights to identify enhancements to the consumer experience
• Lead projects in order to drive conversion, enhance consumer satisfaction and drive profitable eBusiness growth e.g. new logger solution, AB test solution, product recommendation, Mobile renewal, mi-adidas mobile and external site expansion
• Site merchandising of Web/Application to enhance to the consumer online experience
• To improve the online experience from analyze the user behavior of web/app
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Profound knowledge on UI/UX planning, execution
• Solid understanding of the web environment, GUI (screen layouts and composition).
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your attention to details and problem solving.
• Language (English): communicate with global UI/UX team, and GDEG(global digital experience team)
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
• High level of analytical skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree or adequate education
• At least 5 years of job experience in UI/UX planning at emarket place (online shopping site)
• Experience working in an emarket place(online shopping site)
• Prefer experience to drive a website/mobile site renewal project or mid-term(over 5 months) project
• Experience on web analytics and project leading
• Prefer experience with SFCC(Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
• Prefer experience with Application tools(Amplitude, Appsflyer)
