Job Title: Merchandiser

General Summary:

Accountable for Apparel business by ensuring development and implementation of golf apparel and gear strategy in line with corporate and brand objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and propose Strategic Annual Business Plan for Apparel and Golf Gear by cooperation with Sales Team & Marketing Team
• Analysis of Golf Apparel Market trend and Monitoring competitor performance
• Manage proper level of inventory in core key products in order to maximize sell-through and minimize inventory investment
• Participates in the consensus meeting to draw a demand forecast by common consent
• Introduces new season collections and informs employees of product strategies and sales points at conventions.
• Develop analysis reports regular basis regarding to sales trends, category analysis, area trends
• Strong involve with sales team for product assortment planning for POS
• Communication contact point with region & global MD team
• Local Design development and management by season

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

§   College or bachelor’s degree

§   Over 10 years of relevant working experience in Apparel business

§   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

§   Good knowledge of business and markets

§   Analytical and synthesis skills

§   Effective communicator with precise rule

§   Prefer experience Golf Apparel

Job may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, especially when working on rush/closing period.
